The university’s coursework is developed and taught by leading Church leaders. Three examples are Lawrence O. Richards, Dennis McFadden and Robert Orr.
Additional input to the necessary training is also garnered from Key Pastors, Missionaries and Denomninational Executives. We want to insure our cirriculum is both comprehensive but relevant.
Talbot Seminary has called Lawrence O. Richards “the most prominent and prolific Christian education writer during the last half of the Twentieth Century.” He has written several study Bibles, including Zondervan’s Teen Study Bible and Discovery Bible. A relational understanding of the church serves as a substructure to many of his innovative concepts of ministry. Dr. Richards chairs CSCU’s Academic Senate.

Dr. McFadden’s holds 3 earned PhD’s, he is experienced with over 22 years in pastoral ministry, and most recently is devoting himself to academic programs focused on Christian leadership and management.
