He holds a BA from Wheaton College, a BD from Ashland Theological Seminary, and a PhD from the Hartford Seminary Foundation.
In 1982, with fellow Fuller missions professor Peter Wagner, Kraft became an early proponent of the teaching and ministry models of John Wimber, and helped popularize the "Third Wave of the Holy Spirit" which Wimber's Vineyard Movement represented.

Kraft writes and teaches about biblical Christianity and culture (including contextualization), communicating biblical Christianity, anthropology and Christianity, cross-cultural Christian theology, worldview, spiritual warfare, inner healing, generational curses, and the evils of Freemasonry. He believes that Freemasonry, "is one of the most evil organizations in the world." In addition to his work at Fuller, Kraft is the president and founder of Deep Healing Ministries, a deliverance ministry, and conducts seminars and exorcisms around the world. He lives in California with his wife. He serves as the Vice-President of Hearts Set Free Ministries where he conducts seminars on spiritual warfare, healing and deliverance.

Dr. Larry Richards
Visiting Faculty Theology, Academic Committee, Advisor on Seminary Development
Larry (Lawrence O.) was born in 1931 in the small town of Milan, Michigan to Christian parents. He was converted during the Korean War under the ministry of Donald Grey Barnhouse while in the U.S. Navy, and soon after began teaching Bible classes on his base, which launched him into life-long study of God’s Word. Richards has written over 200 books, including textbooks, commentaries on every book of the Bible, Bible Handbooks, Bible dictionaries, and the NIV International Encyclopedia of Bible Words. He has also developed a number of study Bibles, including the Zondervan Adventure Bibles for children and The Teen Study Bible for young people. He has also written Bible teaching curriculum for every age group from preschool through adult. Larry brings his knowledge of God’s Word to the ministry of inner healing and deliverance through his unique FREEDOM WORKSHOP, which is rooted in Paul’s letter to the Ephesians.
Larry became aware of significance of spiritual warfare while writing a series of six novels that trace the struggle between God and Satan, angels and demons, from Creation to history’s end. These Invisible War novels led Richards to follow Paul’s injunction Larry. to “take your stand against the devil’s schemes.” As the passage continues, “for our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms” (Ephesians 6:12).
Currently Larry, who is a member of the International Society of Deliverance Ministers, writes on biblical demonology on the blog www.demondope.com. He conducts FREEDOM WORKSHOPS in churches and communities around the country. These workshops and any personal ministry are offered at no charge to individuals and to sponsoring groups.
Dr. Richards currently serves as an adjunct professors at California State Christian University and as an Academic advisor in the development of the Seminaries Curriculum
Richards has had a varied career. After discharge from the Navy in 1955 Richards earned a B.A. in Philosophy at the University of Michigan, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He received a ThM degree from Dallas Theological Seminary in 1962 and a Ph.D. 1972 in a joint program from Garrett Biblical Seminary and Northwestern University in Evanston, Ill. On graduation from seminary Larry served as an editor at Scripture Press Publications, and then taught in the Graduate School at Wheaton College. He began his writing career there, with books for teens and a series of textbooks on Christian education which according to the Christian Educators Project of Talbot Theological Seminary identified him as “the most prolific and influential evangelical Christian educator during the last half of the 20th century.” In 1972 Richards left full-time teaching for a full-time writing and speaking ministry. Today Richards continues writing and teaching, but his primary focus is on the ministries deliverance of God’s people from spiritual oppression and the healing of the deep wounds Satan uses to make Christian’s lives unproductive and unfulfilled.
